What makes it work?
Arnica Montana
Nature’s anti-inflammatory, great for sprains, strains, bruising, swelling & pain relief. Arnica is also a natural recovery aid for sore muscles & over exertion.
Eucalyptus
This powerful essential oil is anti-inflammatory as well as a topical analgesic (acting to relieve pain) making it ideal for relief from sore, achy tissue & tender skin.
Lemongrass
Helps to relieve pain in muscles and joints.
Rosemary
A natural pain reliever
Arnica is a common plant used in healing swelling, broken tissue, and bruises. The Arnica in the white tube, Boiron Arnicare, will not be strong enough for post op, nor will there be enough in that little tube to cover your whole body.
The Arnica and other herbs in this cream are absorbed through your skin and directly into your tissue. The more skin you cover, the more powerful the herbs will be.
How to use: Use fingertip strength, NOT deep pressure or rubbing.
Apply cream to the surgery area and gently massage into skin with fingertips in a circular motion until cream is dry. Once surgery areas are covered, apply cream regularly to the rest of the body.
Please be sure to use the Arnica Relief Cream EVERYWHERE, not just your surgery areas!
